The short version: We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try before you buy. If you purchase a license and it doesn't work for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days — no questions asked.
1. Free Trial
dArkiv offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card or account registration is required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to make sure dArkiv meets your needs before purchasing.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a dArkiv license and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@darkiv.app with:
- Your order number or transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt)
- The email address used for the purchase
We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, and will be returned to your original payment method.
4. After 30 Days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're a small team and want every customer to be happy — if you have a legitimate issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
5. License Deactivation
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You may continue to use the Software in trial mode (if trial days remain) but will not have access once the trial expires.
6. No Partial Refunds
Since dArkiv is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. There are no partial refunds or prorated amounts.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
- Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
- License key sharing or redistribution
